Anneli Müller Physiotherapy

Anneli Müller Physiotherapy is an established practice at Lady Pohamba Private Hospital in Windhoek, Namibia, run by a four-person team with 18+ years of combined care behind it. Appointments used to run through phone and WhatsApp alone. We built them a complete practice website: a fixed-sidebar layout that keeps phone, email and hours permanently in reach, a dedicated landing page for each of the eight specialisations, a four-step appointment request wizard, and a staff admin portal behind Google or email sign-in. The whole site is server-rendered on Next.js with incremental revalidation, and fronted by Cloudflare for edge delivery, bot defence and privacy-friendly analytics.

What we built

One system, end to end.

Practice website (Next.js App Router)

Server-rendered, statically prerendered pages with a five-minute revalidation window, built on the App Router and Turbopack. Fixed desktop sidebar carrying logo, navigation, phone, email and working hours, with a scroll-driven hero, service marquee and reveal animations throughout. Tailwind CSS design system on a custom navy-and-gold token palette, with Cinzel, Cormorant Garamond and Inter loaded via next/font.

Four-step appointment request flow

A dedicated /book wizard — service → practitioner → preferred time → your details — with each of the eight treatments listed alongside its 45-minute session length. Reception confirms availability, so the practice keeps control of the diary while patients can request 24/7. Every service page and CTA deep-links straight into the flow, with a pre-filled WhatsApp message as the instant alternative.

Eight specialisation landing pages

Individual routes for chronic neck & back pain, orthopaedic surgery rehab, chronic pain reduction, respiratory conditions, sport injury rehab, lymph drainage, sport events preparation and neuro-physiotherapy — each with the conditions treated, the clinical approach, what to expect, session length and its own request-this-service CTA plus cross-links to the rest.

Team, about and visit-preparation sections

Photographed team cards for each physiotherapist and reception, an about section carrying the practice's credentials, and a four-card 'preparing for your visit' guide (medical history, medication, test results, client information form) that shortens the first consultation.

Contact, location and multi-channel capture

A contact section combining a validated message form, address, working hours, phone, WhatsApp and email cards, and an embedded map for the Lady Pohamba West Suites location — with tel:, mailto: and wa.me deep links so mobile visitors convert in one tap.

SEO & local-search foundation

Schema.org Physiotherapy JSON-LD with postal address, telephone, opening-hours specification and medical specialty; a dynamic XML sitemap covering the home, booking and all eight service routes; per-page metadata with a generated 1200×630 OpenGraph image, Twitter summary cards and an en_NA locale; and a robots policy that allows search while disallowing the admin area.

Staff admin portal & security engineering

A gated /admin area with Google OAuth and email/password sign-in for reception and practitioners, redirect-protected at the route level. Cloudflare Turnstile guards the public contact form, and the site ships HSTS with preload, X-Frame-Options DENY, X-Content-Type-Options nosniff, a strict-origin referrer policy and a permissions policy locking off camera, microphone, geolocation and interest-cohort.
